Vleeshal Van Gool is part of a select group of Belgian pork slaughterhouses that are still privately run. Working as a family concern, they have been providing and standing for top quality for several decades. In addition to slaughtering, Vleeshal Van gool also sells complete pig carcasses, which puts the company in a unique position in the pig processing sector. In Kalmthout, they have both a slaughterhouse and a sales outlet for private customers, i.e. the 'Vleeshal' (Meat Hall).
