Bureau Van Dijk was established as a separate entity in 1991 following the division of activities within the former Bureau Marcel van Dijk. They now have 900 employees working in more than 30 offices across the globe. Their research teams collect both global M&A data and intelligence around corporate ownership structures, and are based in Manchester, Brussels and Singapore. Bureau van Dijk became a Moody's Analytics company in August 2017.
