Aon has requested element61 to do a strategic consultancy assignment to advise and assist them in the setting-up of a Cognos 8.4 BI environment.

In 2009, USG People decided to start building out a completely new Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence infrastructure, based on a design that was previously made by element61.

element61 provided some senior BI resources to assist the Telenet BICC (BI Competence Center) in their activities. The role(s) of element61 consisted in Business Analysis and BI project & team management.

Following a Scorecarding and Performance Management roadmap, HDP & Arista decided to extend a Customer oriented data mart with the financial data from an ASW/FIN accounting system.

Woonhaven Antwerpen has recently conducted a comprehensive organisation study which has resulted in a number of KPIs that will need to be measured. In order to cope with this requirement, they asked element61 to help them build out a BI vision and architecture.

In parallel to an ERP migration program from Baan to SAP, Soudal decided to implement a new data warehouse. After a BI roadmap exercise by element61, MS SQL Server 2008 was selected as technology platform for the new data warehouse.

Verachtert had recently implemented a new ERP solution MS Navision. This application covers all of the operational requirements, but did not offer a solution for management information.

element61 has been asked to gather the User requirements, at both individual Country level and corporate banking level, on how the use of data can be intensified at Rabobank.

In order to validate the recommendations that were made in the element61 Performance Management Roadmap, the Port of Antwerp invited element61 to perform a number of pilot projects around Microsoft SQL Server BI and Microsoft Sharepoint.

In order to make BI more successful throughout the company and facilitate & optimize the different internal & external initiatives, PIDPA has asked element61 to initiate a BICC roadmap, as an orientation on the BI organisation and processes going forward.
