Arthur Otte

Arthur started his journey with a Bachelor in Finance and Insurance, which gave him a sharp eye for numbers and risk management right from the start. To add a technological edge to that financial foundation, he headed to Ghent University to complete a Master in Management & IT. This academic mix allows him to bridge the gap between business logic and technical execution, making him the perfect translator between stakeholders and IT teams.

Over the past two years, Arthur has been putting that knowledge into practice at Colruyt Group as a Solution Analyst. He didn’t just stay behind a desk; he was right there on the production floor for a major SAP implementation. He also played a key role in post-acquisition projects, ensuring that newly acquired companies were seamlessly integrated into the Colruyt systems without missing a beat.

His versatility really showed when he took on the challenge of securing the official certification for Belgian meat. This project required a deep dive into specific regulations and complex workflows, proving he can handle high-stakes compliance while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Arthur thrives on taking these kinds of complicated business puzzles and turning them into practical solutions that actually work for the people using them.

Outside of the office, Arthur is just as active. You’ll often find him clearing his head with a long run, hitting the road on his bike, or packing his bags to explore a new destination abroad. He brings that same sense of curiosity and "get-it-done" energy to his professional life, always ready to tackle the next big project.
