Performance Management Architect
Dree completed his Master in Business Economics, specializing in Corporate Finance, at Ghent University. During his studies, he developed a strong interest in how financial insights support strategic decision-making. He built a solid foundation in valuation, financial processes, and the interpretation of financial data within a business context. He is eager to explore how data and technology can strengthen financial decision-making and create tangible business value.
Dree is motivated to bring his analytical mindset into practice. He aims to help clients translate complex challenges into clear and structured solutions, while supporting them throughout their transformation journeys.
Outside of work, Dree is passionate about sports. He enjoys staying active and closely follows a wide range of competitions and sports. He also has a strong affinity for theatre and performs annually with his theatre group. Being on stage has helped him build confidence and develop a natural way of engaging an audience. He hopes to gradually apply this skill in his role as a consultant at element61, especially when communicating ideas and guiding clients through change.
Dree will join element61 in May 2026.
