CPM - Consolidation & Reporting

BIA Group targets the implementation of SAP BPC NW v10 (hereafter SAP BPC) as a common consolidation reporting tool facilitating the consolidation for its subsidiaries. With the implementation of SAP BPC, BIA targets to replace the current consolidation realized within Microsoft excel.

This project at Aliplast migrated the OutlooKSoft version 4.2 (also called OutlookSoft Everest) to the new SAP release of OutlookSoft, called SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (today called SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation).

Alcopa decide to replace the Frango consolidation with SAP BPC as the company wanted to have a unified solution for consolidation, management reporting and planning.

The project targeted the integration of full legal consolidation functionality within the management reporting next to additional managerial information.

This project covered the migration of the OutlookSoft application to SAP BPC 7.5 for the Microsoft platform.

Cargolux was the first SAP BPC NetWeaver client for the version 7 of SAP BPC NW. This ramp-up project focused on implementing a consolidation application for the Cargolux Group according to Lux Gaap.

After a successful Management Reporting project on SAP BPC, Magotteaux was transforming its BEGAAP consolidation, which was done using the software Echo, towards IFRS. The company also aimed to integrate the MMR with the IFRS consolidation in SAP BPC.

In order to follow up on operational KPI's, a sales application was developed, next to the existing financial application to support the consolidation and intercompany process. This allows Aliplast Group to report and follow up on KPI's that combine financial information with operational sales data.

After the implementation of the new reporting requirements that were issued by 3i, ABX LOGISTICS decided to switch from BEGAAP to IFRS reporting.

This project had as deliverable the migration of the OutlookSoft v4.2 applications to SAP BPC v7.5 for the Microsoft platform.
