Konstantin joined element61 in September 2023 as an Analytics Architect after graduating as a Business Engineer in Data Analytics from Ghent University. From a dynamic onboarding with hands-on training and team-building events to contributing to multiple impactful projects, he has found in element61 a place that values growth, collaboration, and balance — a company where he can truly thrive both professionally and personally.

Pieter discovered his passion for data analytics and AI through his studies at the University of Antwerp and KU Leuven, culminating in a master’s thesis internship at element61. Since joining full-time as an Analytics Analyst in September 2022, he has gained hands-on experience across diverse projects, developing both technical and non-technical skills, all within a supportive environment that fosters continuous learning and career growth.

Thibault, a Business Engineering graduate from Ghent University, joined element61 in September 2020, navigating a fully digital onboarding during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, he has thrived in the Qlik Competence Center, working with a wide range of clients, earning a Power BI certification, and actively contributing to the company’s vibrant culture through after-work events, team weekends, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, combining professional growth with camaraderie and fun.
