CPM - Consolidation & Reporting

With the implementation of SAP BPC, IVC targets to replace the existing statutory & management consolidation. IVC has chosen to implement the MS version of SAP BPC with the realization of an automated data load from SAP ECC into SAP BPC.

Atlas Copco has approached us to design and develop, the SAP BPC solutions to allow the reporting of an acquisition or divestment transaction. The objective of the implementation is the development of an input template which allows to report all the required information on the specific investment or divestment transaction, independent whether the transactions relates to a share deal or an asset deal. The provided solution requires to embed within the existing SAP BPC applications landscape at Atlas Copco, respecting the existing functionality and correctly interacting with mainly the processes of monthly actual reporting and consolidation process. The acquisition balance, should correctly impact the historic currency conversion to be used in the consolidation and cash flow reporting process.

With the implementation of SAP BPC, Taminco targets to realize the consolidated group reporting, from a statutory and management perspective.

Historically, Hubo has been using SAP BPC V7.7 MS in the domain of financial consolidation. Hubo contacted element61 to realize improvements towards some identified areas where original business requirements have changed.

This project at Aliplast migrated the OutlooKSoft version 4.2 (also called OutlookSoft Everest) to the new SAP release of OutlookSoft, called SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (today called SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation).

The controlling and consolidation team of Sioen Industries has developed sufficient skills in SAP BPC to maintain the reporting system independently.

The project targeted the integration of full legal consolidation functionality within the management reporting next to additional managerial information.

Alcopa decide to replace the Frango consolidation with SAP BPC as the company wanted to have a unified solution for consolidation, management reporting and planning.

After a successful Management Reporting project on SAP BPC, Magotteaux was transforming its BEGAAP consolidation, which was done using the software Echo, towards IFRS. The company also aimed to integrate the MMR with the IFRS consolidation in SAP BPC.

This project had as deliverable the migration of the OutlookSoft v4.2 applications to SAP BPC v7.5 for the Microsoft platform.
