Novartis decided to implement SAP BPC V10 NW (Netweaver) as a solution to tackle the budget reporting process across 3 specific divisions, OTC, Animal health and Alcon.
Within the first two divisions the implementation of SAP BPC V10 NW, is a replacement for the existing reporting within SAP BI IP. The latter division is newly acquired within the group and historically ran Hyperion Essbase for the planning process.
