To be there for its enterprise and business customers, Proximus has a dedicated marketing & sales team running B2B marketing. Driven by new technology and organizational changes, Proximus asked element61 to help define how to set-up a more data-driven marketing process. Through a series of workshops, desk research and iterative discussions, element61 helped defined a set of new ways of working leveraging all tech available at Proximus (incl. reporting tools, data tools & AdTech and MarTech).
