SAP BPC Version 10

SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation v. 10

SAP BPC 10 or SAP EPM 10 is the newest version of the leading SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation application. This new version, again for both Microsoft and NetWeaver platforms, puts the focus on better user experience, better capabilities and better content, while the previous versions (SAP BPC 5.x and 7.x) focused more on SAP BW and SAP ERP integration.

The good news is that the well known and highly appreciated EVDRE-functionality is supported in SAP EPM 10. Existing EvDRE reports can be opened in the new EPM Add-In for Microsoft Office Excel client without any report migration and only a simple, technical upgrade of the SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation back-end. SAP recommends using the new features in the new Excel client for all new reporting/planning needs.
