element61 is looking for a SAP BPC Consultant to join the experienced team of Corporate Performance Management professionals.
Your profile
The candidate will have about 2-3 years of relevant experience in SAP BPC / Outlooksoft for Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting and Consolidation, and initial experience or high interest in SAP BW/Business Warehouse. You might have additional experience in other CPM Solutions ( Hyperion, IBM Cognos, ... ). You will build and lead the team that will focus on our service offerings around SAP BPC, together with our senior SAP BW experts. Depending on your profile and experience we are willing -for the right candidate- to discuss joining element61 as a partner or to grow into a capital share in the company over time.
You have a University Degree in Economics or Information Technology, or equivalent based on experience. You are fluent in English and Dutch or French. Furthermore you have :

Proven success designing, developing and implementing client solutions & value propositions in SAP BPC / Outlooksoft CPM solutions

Proven experience managing the planning, organization and tactical execution of Performance Management project delivery including: requirements definition, technical design and development, system and user testing, accountability for project deliverables and timelines, managing risk and project scope, and assuring client satisfaction and business profitability

PMI or Prince2 certified is an asset

Ability to guide, coach, motivate and develop new staff

Strong client interaction skills at multiple levels (manager to executive)

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
