Driving HR Analytics on an Azure Modern Data Platform at ASAP
For more than 40 years ASAP.be is known for its temp labour & interim activities. Besides temp ASAP offers a wide range of services such as permanent placement, consultancy and other HR-related topics.
ASAP has a national footprint with 80 offices throughout Belgium and employs over 375 employees. On a daily basis they outsource more than 5.000 temp labourers to their clients’ premises.
To keep the organization running smoothly ASAP decided to modernize their IT environment and start with a cloud-first strategy. In collaboration with element61 they have chosen to move to a Microsoft Azure Modern Data Warehouse.
The main advantage of this solution is that it’s fully cloud-based. This means that ASAP doesn’t need to take care of servers or infrastructure anymore.
And it is also easy to scale up this environment when needed. Another advantage is that it is possible to do multiple loads of data sources during the day, so the business has more accurate data.
