SAP Analytics Cloud Project

Due to the growth of the Agency and the need to improve the efficiency of its budget and accounting processes, hub.brussels has selected SAP Analytics Cloud as reporting and planning tool to replace the existing processes based on flat files. The project consists of 2 main parts: financial reporting and planning. As part of the Brussels area, hub.brussels is using a shared S4/HANA system owned by the Brussels’IT agency. CDS views were created and connected to SAP Analytics Cloud to report on Financial data. The planning data have been moved from flat files to a SAP Analytics Cloud dedicated model and are now managed in this system. At the end of the project, hub.brussels will have a single platform with a direct link between actuals and planned data.
