Following a Scorecarding and Performance Management roadmap, HDP & Arista decided to extend a Customer oriented data mart with the financial data from an ASW/FIN accounting system. The technologies involved were end to end Microsoft Business Intelligence SQL Server 2008 including SSIS, SSRS and SSAS.

element61 has been involved in the Tessenderlo Group BI program since 2007. After the definition of a Business Intelligence Roadmap, a new SAP Business Warehouse 7 deployment was executed. The current SAP Business Warehouse includes data from multiple SAP source systems and covers functional areas such as Profitability Analysis, Sales and Distribution, Profit & Cost Center Accounting, HR, Overhead Cost Controlling, Actual Costing & Material Ledger, Spend Analysis and CRM. As one of the first sites in Belgium, SAP Business Objects Xi was rolled out on top of SAP BW in 2008. element61 has also assisted Tessenderlo Group in all aspects of setting up a BI Competence Center (processes, people, methodology ...).
Woonhaven Antwerpen has recently conducted a comprehensive organisation study which has resulted in a number of KPIs that will need to be measured. In order to cope with this requirement, they asked element61 to help them build out a BI vision and architecture.
The ICT department at HighCo Data asked element61 to assist in the definition and design of their new BI landscape, including software selection and recommendations. element61 delivered these expected results in a Business Analytics Roadmap project.
The Corporate USG People Data Warehouse is based on multitude data sources (back- and front-office). The decision support system is used by virtually all management levels in the organization in order to get a complementary overview of the performance of the USG Group. USG country management can retrieve financial and operational details on their country performance. At VP-level, consolidated financial and operational data is available. A crucial part of the project was also working out an implementation blueprint that considerable facilitates and speeds up the integration of additional local USG People offices in the application.
