Senior Performance Management Architect

Youssef Zoubeir has been working in Performance Management since 2012, with prior exposure to management accounting since 2008.

He obtained a bachelor level degree in Financial management & Accounting in 2007 at "De La Salle” institute in France. In 2009, he obtained an additional certification in Logistics from the International Road Union.

In 2008, he started working as a Management Accountant at "Personnel Decisions International (Korn & Ferry)”, an American company located in Brussels where he was in charge of the accounting treatment for 2 business units. Three years later Youssef started in the same position at Iglo Belgium. His main mission was to migrate the French accounting to the shared service based in Belgium (BENEFRA).

Since 2012 Youssef works at Consolis, a European Construction and public works company as Consolidator & SAP BPC Administrator. In this role, he was responsible for the consolidation, reporting and controlling of 30 legal business units. Youssef joined element61 early 2016.

While working as consolidator, he gained expertise in the domain of SAP BPC in creation, updating and customization of different reports for the COMEX and for the Group Controllers. These reports were used in order to communicate to the Shareholders (KPI’s of the month), reporting and analysis of business evolutions.

Combining financial background and functional system knowledge with creativity to solve complex challenges, Youssef has the ability to see and integrate multiple perspectives on different issues.

These activities in different multinational environments awakened Youssef's interests in developing his knowledge and practice in different reporting & consolidation areas (FR GAAP, BE GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS).

In his free time, Youssef enjoys kite-surfing and surfing.
