Competence Lead Consolidation
Jeff has been active in Financial Reporting, Consolidation and Corporate Performance Management since 2000.
After his studies, he joined the software firm Cartesis (now known as SAP BFC, after the acquisition first by Business Objects, then SAP) where he was responsible for custom development with Transact-SQL for SQL Server and PL/SQL for Oracle for a number of the firm's implementations in North America. In 2003, Jeff along with his wife, decided to relocate to Europe where he had the opportunity to work on several software implementations related to IFRS conversion and statutory consolidation with SAP BFC in the UK and Belgium.
In February 2009, Jeff decided to take up a new challenge as an end user at the pharmaceutical company UCB in Brussels, where he was a part of the group's consolidation and reporting team. This opportunity allowed him to gain further understanding of all important financial reporting concepts.
Jeff joined element61 in June 2012. His main focus today is the implementation of Corporate Performance Management solutions. His broad experience and background with software implementations in the United States, the UK and continental Europe, plus his experience as an end user allows him to add value in any CPM/EPM project. Since Jeff joined element61, he has become a leader within the broad area of financial and management consolidation both within SAP BPC and recently within SAP S/4 Hana Group Reporting context as well as with CCH Tagetik. Today within element61, Jeff takes up the role of Competence Lead Consolidation and supports the company's vision of excelling as subject matter experts across the relevant technologies.
