Kevin De Ruyck
As Senior Performance Management Architect Kevin spends his time working on the financial departments of his clients. His job is to make sure that the client’s specific requirements, budget and planning are all adhered to, from start to finish.
"I combine my financial knowledge and my IT skills to ensure that financial processes are accurate, transparent and user-friendly."
While Kevin spends his days at the offices of the clients, he has created a good balance between working independently and teamwork. ‘I generally tackle the small projects on my own, where I work closely with the client, preferably from the analysis phase onwards. I bring others on board for the big jobs, and I enjoy that variety. When I’m faced with a really complex project I can always turn to my colleagues for advice. There is always somebody in our senior team that has once dealt with a similar project and is happy to share his or her knowledge.’
Just like Moore Stephens, element61 pays a great deal of attention to personal growth. ‘When you work in the technological sector you are working in an industry that is growing and changing at breakneck speed,’ says Kevin. ‘That is why we always keep tabs on the latest trends – a fascinating task for me, and something that is bound to also please our clients.’
