Nova-Veg Logistics was faced with the situation where they were unable to accurately measure the performance of the crews working in their logistical warehouse. The existing reporting solution was mainly paper based and did not offer sufficient analysis possibilities. Together with element61, it was decided to build a data warehouse using MS SQL Server and an end-user analysis front-end using QlikView. This resulted in a much more accurate and detailed view on all of the movements within the warehouse.
