After a Performance Management Roadmap project, SITA Remediation decided to implement all of element61's recommendations by building a best practice BI architecture based on a combination of Microsoft and IBM Cognos technology. The first phase of building out the enterprise-wide BI solution consisted in implementing the Finance subject area through a combination of a data warehouse, some cubes and a comprehensive set of standard reports. This phase will soon be followed up by next iterations concerning other more operational subject areas.
