Europal was one of element61's first customers to build a BI solution in the cloud.
Their existing reporting solution consisted out of a large number of complex Excel sheets extracting AS/400 data, which turned out to be insufficient. Together with element61, they built a complete BI platform in the cloud, using a mix of MS SQL Server and IBM Cognos BI technology. The focus of the first project was on sales and commercial data.
