Customers running IBM iSeries / AS400 / System i - based systems typically remain quite happy with the reliability, performance and functionality of their AS/400 environment, whether they use home-made operational applications or packaged ERP solutions. Also in these environments, management increasingly needs Business Intelligence, Management Reports and KPIs to steer the business and to understand and drive performance of the organisation.

This seminar will present approaches to move towards Business Intelligence & Performance Management, based on IBM Cognos 10 Business Intelligence, in order to answer these management information needs without questioning the operational system landscape.
